Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the packaging and send the order number plus clear photos or video of the issue as soon as possible. We cover reasonable return shipping after the issue is confirmed.
30-day return window
Sealed, unused items in original condition may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, where law and hygiene restrictions allow. Contact us for authorization before mailing the item. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Approved eligible returns receive a full refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider.
