Return & Refund Policy
Please review these terms and contact us before sending anything back. We will assess the request and provide the correct return instructions and address.

30-day return eligibility
Submit your request within 30 days after delivery and include proof of purchase. Change-of-mind items must remain sealed, unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. Eligibility remains subject to hygiene restrictions and applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with the order number, packaging photos, and clear photos or video of the issue. Stop using any device that becomes unusually hot, leaks, is damaged, or smells burnt. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.
Change-of-mind exclusions
For hygiene and safety, opened or used disposable devices, e-liquids, and consumable products cannot be returned for a change of mind. We also cannot accept items damaged by misuse, missing parts or packaging, or requested outside the return window. These exclusions do not apply to confirmed defects, fulfillment errors, or non-waivable legal rights.
How to request a return
Email zhouruiyishidatui@gmail.com or use the LINE button on our Contact Us page with your order number, product, flavor, quantity, reason, and supporting evidence. Wait for approval and the return address before shipping, and keep the tracking number. Please do not send an unauthorized return.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays for tracked return shipping and the original delivery fee is non-refundable. For a confirmed damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
Inspection and decision
After the return arrives, we normally inspect its condition, product, flavor, quantity, order number, and included accessories within 3 business days. We will email the decision. If a request is declined, we will explain the reason and available options.
Refund timing
Approved returns receive a full refund of the eligible product purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may need another 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping and import charges are not refundable unless the issue was our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellations and legal rights
You may request cancellation before an order enters packing or dispatch. After dispatch, this return process applies. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us if you need help before taking action.
